i though the ses was supposed to come on if you gut your cats and dont have o2 simms?? i gutted both on my 96 about a week ago, been driving for a week now, and NO SES!!

not that im complaining or anything, but just wondering if anyone else has heard of this? ill prolly get the o2 simms eventually anyway, but not in any hurry now!

Thats wierd. A buddy of mine with a '96 WS6 cant get rid of his check engine lights to save his life! Maybe your back O2s are dead?

 

yea, but if they were dead, wouldnt that in itself set off a code? definatly weird. like i said though, im not complaining. just curious...
