Talking Woohoo...WalMart came through, PICS!!!!

Alright guys, the pics are up on page 4...link is in the sig.

A lot of my pics did not come out...I'll be taking some more when I get a chance. Anyone have any ideas on how to make pics of headlights come out clear at night?

Also...this is a rough idea of how to install the lights...any suggestions/criticisms are more than welcome...help me make this better/more understandable to you guys.

Let me know what ya think...and sorry it took so long to get the pics up...I had planned on having them up Sunday night

Looks great man !

You can really see the beam pattern in that one pic:

I took all of mine with a video camera, so I could adjust the backlighting/speed etc in real time. This way I could get a perfectly accurate "true to life" color temp... a digital camera will let you do the same thing...

Great pics though, this will help alot of people out.

They're also not aimed correctly in any of these pics. I just aimed them real quick so I could get back to my apartment and the beam is aimed entirely too low...it actually hits the ground about 15ft in front of the car. I'm going to aim them some this weekend and try to take some more pics if I get a chance.

Yeah I was gonna say they look like they needed to be aimed up a bit... it's a thin line between the lighting you want, and blinding the oncoming drivers

As I noted in your last post I did the same mod abou a year ago and am very happy with it.

I have a question - you seem to have done a lot of wiring - all I did was splice the hella wires into the stock wires. (with blue line splicers) - works like a charm and it keeps the stock connectors in place if i ever want to go back.

I'm not sure why you used relays and had wires going to the battery and all that? I know it's all supplied but that's if you are adding additional lights not replacing.

My lights are working fine.

Thumbs up

BPS, I'm running 100w Cuzo bulbs in the low beams and will be upgrading the high beams soon as well...that's the reason for the extra wiring.

If you wanted to run the 55w bulbs that came with the kit all you would have to do is cut the stock harness off and connect the blue wires from the Ff75s with the yellow (or green for the highs) and the black to black.

:NICE:
Those bulbs sure do look nice. Looks like they perform very equally to the Luks...oops, what's this, I got them installed I will have a thread a little later with some pics of them. That look very nice though silver - I may work on another install guide for them similar to my fog light install...maybe I can just use yours to build off of (for the 4th gen lighting website I'm working on...)

Looks very good though man.

Meef - if you come in here, in reply to your post in the other thread, yes, I did mount mine just a little lower, but not much. I have a close up pic now, I will post it later too (in the other thread). If you want to see it before I get it up, e-mail me.

The Cuzos that I have cost $28.88/pair Unfortunately, for a good 100w Hyperwhite that seems to be a good price.

You could also go with a clear 100w bulb like 94BlackBowtie did...the Luks bulbs he is running are $3.90/pair...big diff in price!!

Here is a link to the 100w Luks bulbs. And here is one to their product list.

Dalton...feel free to use whatever you can for your page...I did mine in about an hour or so, so I know there are things I left out and I'm sure it can be improved upon.

$3.90 a piece, yes, you are correct

xxsaint69x - there's another thread active right now about them with pics...Link. They are great bulbs, they just don't have a white output like Brian's Cuzo's. They are extremely bright though. I am gonna order some 70w Luks bulbs for my fogs from that site you linked to Brian...I ordered my H7's from Lighting Research for just a little bit more, but they arrived the next day. I guess I will just learn to live with a yellowish halogen output and get over trying to have an HID look output. Heck, ultimately I just wanted to be able to see, now it's like a battle to have the absolute best.

As the Bible says...Phillipians 4:11 - Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.

Maybe I should just be content.
