looking for 17" tires <cheep>
I've got a pair of used Pilot Sport 275/40/17's. Not much tread left on them. Basically hanging onto them in case I had some sort of catastrophic failure of my normal tires. They've been sitting indoors in plastic bags for about 2 years. I doubt I'll ever use them.
I don't recall if they were ever patched, but you're welcome to look at them. *shrug*

Heck, I dunno...$100 for both? I'm flexible *shrug* Like I said, they aren't likely to be used again. I haven't looked at them recently, so I'll go lower on price if they've been plugged, worse wear than I remember, etc.
If you want to look at them this weekend I should be available after noon either day. If you decide to take them after your inspection, just remember they're as-is, etc.

Took them out of the bags to look them over. One has been plugged and the other looks to have a small tack in it. Both are well into the treadwear indicators.
Since you're in Apopka, maybe we could meet at the Apopka Discount Tire on the weekend. If you don't want them for the new price (free), I'll leave them there to be recycled. If you take them I won't be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequences, can't guarantee how long they last, etc...they're as-is.
If you don't want them at all, that's fine too. I still need to go over there because they gave me three different styles of valve stem covers for 4 mounted tires.

I live literally right behind the Casselberry Hooters. If you continued straight instead of turning left into Hooters, you'd hit the gates to my apartment complex. I plan on being there
It'd be a little dark to inspect the tires by 6PM, imho. If you just want to take'em and decide what to do with'em later, that's cool too.

I need to be near OIA around 10am. If memory serves I can take the Expressway over towards the Turnpike and get on that new toll road which heads up towards Apopka...(SR429???), then exit at SR436 (or is it labeled SR441?)? I actually get on the Turnpike before encountering SR429, right?
If that route is still correct, I'll probably be @ DT about 11-11:30am. Then on my way back home detail the car to prepare for Hooters.
If I miss ya @ DT, you can grab them @ Hooters. It'd be tacky to have them in either car for the show, though.

If you're gonna stay until after the car show, you might as well take them tonight before you head home. That'd be the most convenient, especially since you're in Apopka and I could probably watch the car show with binoculars from home
