fluiddamper vs. ATI?

which one is supposed to be better in the higher RPM's?

I think the ATI is better for high RPMS, but that is the only place it is effective.

I've heard bad things about the Fluiddampers. I guess the fluid moving inside of the dampener can cause stress on the crank. Just what I've heard.
