Taner has been a good friend of ours for about as long as we have operated this web site, and we are very pleased to announce that recently, he finally went into the 8's with his Camaro.

What makes this special is that if you didn't know, his car is a 6-speed manual street legal and street driven Camaro.

thanks everyone, i got to make it official today. i ran outta time last week so we went back today....

unfortunately struggled a bit in the first 60'. it ran a 8.99 @ 155.66 mph on a 1.40 60'. i had another pass, at the end of the day, which was a 9.16, but we rushed to try and get bottles up to temp. we didn't quite get them right so bottle pressure went down quickly.

went 10.6 @ 133 on the motor, then 9.45, bog on launch, 8.99, 9.42 bog on launch, 9.07 (awesome 2nd gear wheelie!), and then 9.16. it was time for a Heineken at this point. a good way to end they year at the track.

now throw wheels and exhaust back on for cruising with my son!
