just got in from installing the new FAST intake, man does this intake look massive when next to the stock intake.

i used the factory fuel rails and injectors along with the fast spacer kit. here are a few things i noticed during the install that were not in the instructions:

1. you need 2' of 1/2" vacuum line to re-connect the power brake booster because the fast has the vacuum port in a different location

2. you need the oil pressure sender positioned so that the locking tab of the connector is facing twards the rear of the vehicle or the intake will hit and bolts wont line up

3. the fast intake has the wrong vacuum connector for the line that goes to the drivers side valve cover/pcv, i used a short piece of 3/8 vacuum line for now and cut off the plastic line so i could slip the 3/8 hose over it

4. the map sensor harness will not reach, and needed to be extended about 4"

5. if using the fast injector spacers, install them while the upper part of the intake is off, otherwise the spacers hit the upper cover and wont press straight in

6. you will need a small vacuum cap for the rear of the intake, the fast intake has a small vacuum port on the back that is not used on the camaro.

total time 2 1/2 hours that was including a trip to the parts store.
