Hey guys, hows it going. I drive a 94Z with some mods, and my question pertains to some work I need done (possibly). I was out cruisin the other day and the temp gauge shot right up, and the car started gulping coolant really bad, with the telltale white smoke out the back...so its def at least a bad HG, and (hopefully not) maybe a cracked head. Im leaning more toward the HG, since the other side was done last year and I maintain the car very well. My question is, is there anybody in the RI area of Newport, Warren, Bristol, Jamestown etc who is really, really good with LT1s who wants to make some cash diagnosing which head, changing the HG, and checking the head? Theres no AC and its got headers so a tad easier than stock. I am a wrencher myself and do all my own work, but I have been working an excessive amount of OT at work lately and just dont have the time right now. This is my DD and i cant just let it sit until I DO find the time....I would REALLY hate to park it until the spring if I didnt find time before. I know there has to be one of you FBody guys with some free time looking to make some cash. Anyways, if anyone can help, I would appreciate it, I need it done ASAP so hit me up with a price and whatever else and we can get the ball rolling!

Let's try this in the correct regional forum, since you aren't getting much in the way of responses here.

I could maybe have my buddys dad tow it with his truck...what would be the turnaround time and what would you charge, including the machine shop and all? You can post or pm me that if you would like
