bow tie and turn signal removal????
ok. i am trying to get my front and rear bowtie and the front turn signals off. i got the rear fender signals off but i can get the damn bow ties and front quarter panel turn signals out. any one have any tips or pointers on what i need to do to get them out without breaking something?
The bowtie you can get out by heating it up good with a heat gun and gently prying out, or drilling into it just far enough to get a good "grip" on it and then prying it out. Be sure not to drill into the chrome holder behind it.
As far as the front side markers, I'd like to know myself. How did the rear side markers come off? I haven't tried it yet myself or looked into it yet.

the rear ones, you have to get under the car and go up behind the wheel. dont bother going through the trunk, it doesnt work. theres just one clip that you push on and the other end kinda slides in a slot.
as far as the bow tie, im trying to get the whole bow tie off to spray it. i want to paint the chrome and the orange part of the bow tie.
the front turn signals i think i might have found the bolt for it, but i think i have to jack the car up and turn the wheels. its kind of enclosed in a metal case. i might even have to take the fender wells out.
any help on getting the whole bowtie to come ff without breaking anything, would be greatly appreciated.
