I know a few guys are running 230ish and are making over 400 HP. I am on summit racing and the lowest thing I can find is 277/273 ... Would this be okay for a streetable setup though?
Btw this will most likely be for a 6.0L block, although I don't think it would make much of a difference, I'm just pricing a setup.

There are way too many unknown variables to answer this with absolute certainty, but I'm 99% sure that a 277/273 cam would be entirely inappropriate for a 6.0L LSX.
I checked on Summit, and as far as I can see, they don't have any LSx cams. I would suggest that, rather than trying to get by with something Summit does have, that you try buying from someone else.
If you want maximum horsepower while retaining as much streetability as possible, the best results I've heard of to date are Kraest's (414rwhp) with Futral's F14 high-lift cam. That was with a stock-cube LS1. You should be able to do better with 6.0L.
Note that streetability is entirely dependent on the quality of the tune.

Summit is probably displaying the advertised duration at .006" instead of .050". Subtract 50 from that number to get a rough estimate of what it would be from .006" to .050".
227/223? Reverse split cams suck.
Look elsewhere.
I second the Futral Motorsports line of cams.
There's alot more to cams than simply looking at duration/lift. I wouldn't just buy any old cam out of a magazine. Better to go with a tried/proven cam.

Cam only I would stick in the 230-232 area for the intake duration, exhaust is not as critical. I'm running a 232/240 112+4 and it pulls like a bitch, although no dyno numbers/track times yet.
H/C/I you can stick with the same size or go a little bigger with more compression. I'll probably run the Streetsweeper cam when I get a set of heads. 236/240 111.
But streetable to one person is unbearable to another. You really have to have the supporting mods to run a "bigger cam" or you will not like it. IE: Gears, Converter, etc...
