Hello, had my car for about 2 years (always trouble with this car ) , its a 1978 Camaro, anyways the problem that i need help with is that there is a white smoke coming out of the oil cap , seems to be burning oil or something, comes through the dash sometimes while driving , but it seems to lessen on cooler days, but i live in florida so its hot as hell all the time. Anyways, if anyone knows some solutions or suggestions , id appreciate it , thanks

 

Is there water on the oil dip stick???

 

it looks like regular oil, past the full mark , you think its water ?

 

The color and texture looks OK??? Not a milky brown color?? How the PCV???
