Widening Ruff 280's

Ive got a set of Ruff 280's in 18x9.5, and was wondering if they could be widened to fit a 315 35 18. Anyone know if this can be done? If so, who can do it for me?

Not the same wheel, but the source and the concept is the same. Note that in this case, the exra width could only be added at the rear of the wheel, which creates some problems, depending on the current backspace.
