All the pictures are on ridesafely.com, go to the side bar, click chevrolet, then click camaro.

WOW!!!! i didnt think that thing was hit that bad! the only thing worth saving is the motor, tranny, maybe some interior pieces and possibly the front clip. ill take the hood if they want to get rid of just that. i need a hood for a buck mold to make a fiberglass one.

If you could get one of those body in whites from GM Performance, you could have a new Camaro SS for well under $30k.

you could also have a brand new, not salvaged title, car for 30g just like this one.

I was thinking about this car the other day. I wanted the 20x9 rear wheels, so I could put 275 tires on all four corners of my 5th gen. From those pics, I can see that one of the wheels is cracked. :(

-GeoffYou wouldn't be able to transfer the parts to a body in white and register it for use on the street.

It depends how honest you are. The 2010 has a salvage title with it. Hell, you can even get a clean title from the LT that just got posted. If you think this doesn't happen ALL THE TIME then you are nieve.

20 grand for a salvage title? no definately NOT a bargain. youll have over 15 in repairs. the car is only 30 new. i wouldnt pay more than 10k for that wrecked car. then id take the car appart and sell the parts.

other than the power train, what parts can you sell? It's not like there are a bunch of old 5th gens sitting around needing replacement parts.

Most of the bidders on this site are guys who take the car and sell it for parts. (rarely do they fix a salavage to a rebuilt title its a pain to sell) Ussally the cars end up on ebay in parts. So if you see a LS3 on ebay with 276 miles on it. We will know where it came from.

I assume that these guys know how to make a dollar off every part. Right now its $13,300.

It'll probably go to 15 or 16. When they're done theyll have close to 21 or 22 in it and probably look to sell at 25. At that time a sliiiightly used premium SS will still be hard to find and probably still holding in the high 20's...
