ChrisFrez 06-18-2009, 09:55 AM The Ride and Drives are a blast...especially if Paul, AKA 1fastdog is running them. :) Good to hear the Camaro's will be a part of this now.
The event reminds me of GM Autoshow on Wheels. It was a fun event.

Yup. I believe it was called Autoshow In Motion, but no matter what, those were cool as hell. Too bad GM doesn't do those anymore... :(
It would be nice to go there and drive the Camaro.

I will be certain to track you down. Will you be at the Drive & Ride or the static display in Building T (I think that was it)?

I've participated in the "Camaro Nationals" for the past three years. I met Scott last year and appreciated the few minutes we had to "Talk Camaro's". I will attend Saturday so, I can "hopefully" get behind the wheel of a 2010. Unfortunately, I will not be able to bring my Brown '79 Z-28 this year. I love the drive there and back. I just can't get the car ready in time this year.
5thgen69camaro 06-23-2009, 03:18 AM Is there anything we need to do for the ride and drive?

Nice of you to say my Man!
I will have the pleasure of being part of the ride and drive in Carlisle.
My father was an armt officer and did a few stints at the War College there, which is a nice connection for me.
As I am recovering from surgery I will not be "running it", but, the folks that will be there with me are all "A" team veterans and no one should be disappointed by their time with us. We are all dedicated Bowtie fans and really love being in the company of Chevy enthusiasts.
I will certainly be there and more than happy to talk Chevy/GM with anyone.
I have done a lot of Corvette events at Carlisle and this will be my second time being there in support of Chevrolet/Camaro. The best part is this year we have some fifth gens for folks to drive!
FenwickHockey65 06-23-2009, 12:04 PM Hope you're doing well, Paul.
Wish I could make it...but I doubt the parents are going to be happy about a 7 hour drive to Pennsylvania...=(
