twin disk guys

How many of you guys with Mcleod twin disks get away with running the stock master cylinder. I hear that it works for some and not for others.

Way back when I had the Street Twin, I had the stock master, but the McLeod install kit came with a sleeve for the slave cylinder, and required shaving the height of the "T" pivot for the clutch fork by 0.10"

I don't think they do that anymore because they had problems and leaked a lot.
It seems like a rip to pay 300$ for a new mc when my old one works fine.
