Por-15 and the never ending fight against rust

Well the roads here in IL are starting to take there toll on the bottom of my car. And i was wondering if any one has ever por-15ed the entire bottom of there car? and how did it turn out?

POR 15 will not stick to a painted surface. The new formulation doesn't work too well of rust, either.
