Replacing Monsoon front door speakers with Infinity 6020cs two-way component system
How do I wire it?
I've got the stock 6.5" and the tweeter wires coming out of the door; what gets connected to the 'passive crossover' grey box that comes with the infinity's, or what is the best way to hook them up
THANKS

I just added kickers to my monsoon in my 2002 Z28 doors today! In my Camaro I was not sure which wires were tweets and which were mids since there is 2 sets of wires, both 1 red and 1 black. So before I cut the wires I ripped that paper of my stock monsoon speakers and then you can see which ones go to the tweets and mids. Then wire tweets + & - and mids + & -. As for the crossover not sure if you need it cause there already crossed over, thats why there seperate! My speakers sound awesome! Hope this helps. This is the 1st time I've tried to help somone on here, so if I'm wrong dont rip me a new one. LOL. :)

I have the component box in my kick panel, with the tweeter by the mirror, and the woofer in the door location...i did not want to rip the bose system out of the door...just didn't want to take the panel off.

you probably don't want to hear this, but those speakers are designed for use with a 4 channel amplifier. Having worked as an installer for 2 years and having used them, their is a good chance that without an amplifier they will sound worse than the original monsoon ones.
