Blue Smoke out back on less than 1000 mile non raced motor?

So today I went out to see if our intake gasket job worked.. it did.. but for some reason no we are blowing ungodly amounts of smoke out the tail pipes while driving... This did not happen before the install - I did find a small piece of aluminum in the oil galley when I doing the intake job... This motor has less than 1000 miles on it and has never been raced... I have attached a link for the ALDL data from my moats data log.

( I just installed a vortech supercharger that was the reason the intake manifold seal blew - I started the engine today without the supercharger belt on to rule that out... I am completely stumped)

Please Help...

Thank you in advance.

Okay... I think I did something stupid - In replacing my Intake manifold (1993) I broke the stock " U-Turn" for the PCV valve... I replace it with a short piece of gas line... UNDER FURTHER INVESTIGATION... i see the line was kinking- I am 95% sure that is what the smoke was from .. i will test this is in morning.. I am sorry for the freak-out but i thought there was a hole in my engine... ( there still may be ) I will follow up in the AM.

We are talking a lot of smoke I will pull the plugs and see if they tell me anything -- Upon accel I even have smoke coming out the PCV hole on the left side of my intake AND out the breather in my passenger valve cover.

Blowby is oil getting past the piston rings; although oil can get into the intake passsage in the heads through the lifter valley. Are you getting good vacuum? How about positive/negative crankcase pressure?

I do not have a vac gauge but i feel as if the engine has plenty of vac. -I do not know about the crank pressure - I have been testing witht he supercharger disconnected.

Do a leakdown test on the cylinders.

if all else fails, check your rocker stud threads for oil leakage, not sure about stock heads or even aftermarket but I had my stock heads ported which opened up some rocker stud thread holes into the intake port, which was the source for my extreme oil burning after my rebuild.

I took them out and used thread sealer and fired it back up and whola.. no more oil burning, not even a little bit... 100% gone.

If you get to the point of engine teardown, start with the heads and check to see if any rocker stud thread holes are open to the intake port, if they are and there's no sealer on the theads then Im sure that was causing some oil burning.
