Cutout or Dumps?

Hey guys I have hooker long tubes, y-pipe and flowmasters on right now, no cats no emissions. 383 will be going in soon, and Ive been thinking about dumps. Couple of questions. Are there power gains from dumping the exhaust or would a cutout be the better/same? Im not worried about the car being loud, its already loud :) Ive been thinking about an x-pipe and true duals as well but wanted to get some feedback from you guys. I havent changed the exhaust since I put it on but I want to make sure I max out my power potential. Thanks for the input.

What are the power gains from just using an electric cutout? I heard increase in torque but loss of hp. But I dont know.
