Hooker equal length headersLBJ 01-11-2003, 03:03 PM Do any of you have these? I read that they give up to 28hp and they do bolt up to the stock Y pipe! If you want hookers you'll need their Y pipe or have an exhuast shop make you a Y pipe. Plus they don't offer them with cats, not sure if you need those where you live. When you break it all down, all headers cost close to the same amount 2002 NBM Bird 01-11-2003, 03:36 PM Nice 1/4 times too PhantomTA 01-12-2003, 02:56 AM The hooker shorties will bolt to the stock y-pipe.. but they only show 6rwhp average gains LBJ 01-12-2003, 11:10 AM Thanks Phantom, I was talking about the shorty equal lengths. Only 6 or so rwhp!! I heard that BBK is coming out with a new shorty with bigger primaries. LBJ 01-12-2003, 11:14 AM NBM, thanks for the compliment on the 1/4 time! I have been to the track a few times since running that time and can't best it, just match it or come a few hundreths away. So unless I drop the clutch (factory) @ 3000 or higher I don't think I can beat it. Time for another mod!!! PhantomTA 01-12-2003, 12:24 PM they wont make much of a difference either.. shorties arent worth it 35thanniv.SS 01-12-2003, 06:08 PM I wouldnt go with hooker LT's. They are not very compatible with anything else. I had hooker Lt's on my '95 formula and they car didnt run very well. Try going with FLP SLP TTS. PhantomTA 01-12-2003, 06:45 PM he didnt ask about long tubes.. hes talking about shorties. you guys do know Hooker makes shorties too right? | ||
