Well I just found out today that my car has the b4c police package and I was just woundering what the differences were between it and a Z28?

Virtually nothing performance wise. A B4C is a Z28 without badges.

doesn't it also include a bigger alternator (to run the radio and acc in the police car), and the SS sway bars?

Nope.

So many people will be like "Dude, you have a cop car, it must have a special engine in it". Just a z without badges and t-tops. I believe they did have larger capacity radiator to allow for additional cooling, oil coolers, and tranny cooler but may be getting confused about Crown Vics. Either way it is a F-Body with a V-8, that is all that is really important. I thought it did have larger alternator also, but may be incorrect. I am sure someone here has GM list of what option included.
