What reads other than engine codes (>c1200)?

I have a problem with my ABS/TCC which are codes c1200 and higher. Are there any code readers for those or just the actual GM reader? The car is a '97 which I can swap a '95 pcm in as well. I tried Datamaster with the '95 pcm but it lists just engine codes.

I know there as a consumer level ABS code reader available. I think Actron makes it. However, it only reads certain years. I saw it at Autozone.
