What does the low trac light mean on my 94 z28??

It means your ABS has activated, to help stop the car under control. If you had traction contol (not available in 94), it could also mean the traction control had activated.

It is commonly an indication that one of your wheels is not travelling at the same speed as the others. Can happen under acceleration.
