Faulty fuel pressure regulator ????

Okay, i have read the threads and can not really find what my problem could be, I first was thinking it could be my fuel pump. I do have a inline fuel booster on the car so i was thinking that should give me the fuel up to the Reg. Here is the problem

With the car at idle with the vac line off, i set it to 43.5 Psi, If i go to Wot With the vac off the fuel pressure will stay at 43.5. When i put the vac line back on the pressure drops to about 38 psi, Now with the vac line hook up when i go to wot the fuel pressure goes up to 43 for one sec. then drops down to about 30psi. Is there since the cam is pulling to much vac? I am clueless here, i did change out my fuel filter and checked for leaks none where found, i pull my 32lbs injectors up and none are leaking as well. One other problem that i have is that the fuel pressure does drop to 0 after the the pump starts up when you turn the key, I also check for vac leaks and could not find any. The Histogram is reading lean, S trim is about 140-150 if i boost up the fuel pressure to about 54psi with the vac hook up i will get about 128 in the s trime. But the long trims are staying at 160's, i pull an 02 sensor and that thing was whiting then white. Also about 2500 i was getting a spark adv. of about 41.. Any ideas?

Yea I was thinking that could be the case the car does bog down when I am driving and then it will clear out and take off. More signs of the pump going?

Also if it is the pump can someone tell me what one to get Thanks again
