Zaino n00b
Ok, after reading tons and tons about Zaino I have decided to try it out. Im pretty sick of the 3 day long shines from other waxes. But I see all of these different types of Zaino. I wonder which ones i need?!? My car is Custom Painted. The color is hard to explain, its like a very deep black in shade or night but a metallic purple when in sunlight. (pic in my sig might help a little but none of them are in direct sunlight.)
Anyways Which products do I need to get the best shine/protection? I want the full package everything i need, from wash & Prep to interior. (I dont have leather) And what are the best methods for application, I read the Tips on the Zainobros website but is there any other secrets?
and last... Are there any dealers in Florida, New Port Richey area? or Is it easier to just print out the order form off of their site and go from there?

I believe there is distributor in Tampa, but I just mail off my form to them directly and I usually have my product at my door in about 5 to 7 days. If you are looking for a local Dist, call Zanio and ask them who is closest to you.
For a dark colored car, I would skip getting the Z-2 and just go with the Z-5, IMO. If you go with the ZFX, which I suggest you do, you don't need to get the Z-1. Get some Z-6, Z-7 car wash and the claybar as well. Aside from that, just know a little goes along way.... the thinner, the better.

I'll second what Brian said! If you're looking for a full protection starter kit, go with: ZFX, Z5, Z6, Z7, and maybe Z18 claybar. If it's custom paint, I don't know if you need to clay regularly or not. Depends on how often you drive the car and how often it's exposed to the elements. I'd also recommend the Z16 tire dressing if you're looking for an excellent tire dressing. The only interior products that Zaino has are the leather products, but you can use the leather conditioner on the vinyl dash surfaces too. For cloth care, I like Lifter1 and ScotchGard.

Thx for the info great help but i have One more question...
Why would I not use the Z-2 Polish for clear coats when my car has a very nice clear coat? not just "regular" paint like the Z-3 says? Thx alot Other wise im about to place my order form

As said with the color of your car Z-5 should work great for you, Z-5 has scratch and swirl "hiding" capability as well as working better on dark colors, if you show your car you may want to try Z-2 as well, shine is very subjective and you may personally like the look better, I personally like Z-5 on dark color cars, I use it on my blue Z06 and blue M5.
