Good price for a used Borla cat back?

I was offered a year old, slightly tarnished Borla cat back off of a '96z for $450. Even though they are around $900 new, does this sound like a good deal?

Thats not bad. I picked one up for $100 off local kid that was trading his car in. :) But for a year old thats pretty good 350 t0 450 is good .

100 bucks would be a steal!!! Only bad part is he does not have the additional block off plates for it.
