If the post isn't visible, it may have been moderated automatically by the system. This happens when you use certain keywords in your post (names of certain politicians, for example). You'll see a message saying that your post needs to be approved by a moderator before it will appear.

If you try to post that exact same thing again, you'll see the message you're seeing.

I just went and found the moderated post, edited out the O stuff, and approved the rest of it. Carry on...
