Raleigh, NC Auto Show

I took a drive to the Raleigh show yesterday. They had 1 2LT/RS Rally Yellow. This is the first time that I have seen the 5th gen Camaro in person, and all I can say is WOW! Pictures really do not show this car justice. The car was roped off but I was able to lean over a little and check out the interior. I think the interior is great! I am a pretty picky person, especially when it comes to cars. The car had the optional 21" wheels/tires, was not a big fan of them, just a little too big IMO, and not my style wheel that I like. It also had the optional dealer installed ground effects package, again not my style. The yellow was much better in person than pictures, but I am still glad I chose Victory Red for my order. I was there at the show for a few hours and the whole time there were a TON of people by the Camaro, very hard to take pictures. The '10 Mustang had 1 or 2 people looking at it, gold color GT(Not an attractive car at all, '09 is much nicer IMO). I also got to sit in the 09 CTS-V. WOW, what a car! Price is not really that bad either, starting at $57K is not too shabby for that car. The new Lacrosse is a very nice car, bunch of people around that car all day long...In a nutshell about the Camaro, gorgeous car, love overall shape, size, and its presence. If you have not seen one in person, don't make a judgement until you actually see one outside of looking at tons of pictures, much different in person. I can not wait until production begins, and by seeing one yesterday in person is only going to make the wait even longer :lol:

I actually sell out at the State Fairgrounds on weekends (I'm a flea market vendor) and enjoyed seeing all the beautiful cars rolling through all day...

Best part of my weekend? The silver 2010 Camaro that was DRIVING through the fairgrounds late Sunday afternoon. :eek:

I was talking to a customer, looked up, saw it, and ran out of the shop so I could see it driving away... I can't remember the last time I got goosebumps seeing a car driving down the road, but this damn sure was one of those times. :yes:
