Weatherstripping and leaking problems

I have a '86 IROC with t-tops and recently redid the passenger side t-top seal because it was leaking. It continues to leak and is getting worse by leaking in different spots now.

What are some ways to stop the leaking?

mine never leaked but i heard put like ky jelly on the rubber and itll stop a lot of it.
