What are the 2009/2010 Caddy CTS-Vs selling for in the Houston area (or nation wide) Are they Above MSRP, at MSRP or discoted below MSRP. Shaky econmy lowering the price yet.

Any Ideas on resale value?

yup, I saw one for 62k, and it had several thousand dollars in options. I think the fuel economy was 12/18

The one at the dealership closest to my house is $56,7xx. They didn't mark it up and it looks pretty damn loaded. Sexy black too .
