Hey guys, I was hoping someone could help me out here. Ive had an SLP Loudmouth on my car for a while now, a 94 Z and Im using the LT1 install kit. Well my problem is that there are leaks everywhere, the piping does not seem to be long enough to fit as it is supposed to, but the biggest problem is the "bullet muffler" (?) that is where the most leakage comes from...has anybody else experienced any issues such as this, and also, does anyone have detailed pics of their exhaust installed also? Thanks in advance!

My Loudmouth doesn't have any issues - I had a shop put it on. I know I have pics of the layout, I'll see if I can find them and post them up.
I have LT's, ORY, and the LM - I remember it not being the best of fitment.

Awesome, yeah I just cant figure it out. I do all my own work but this baffles me so I may bring it somewhere else...plus id like to have it welded up once everything fits, but Id rather get it set up mostly myself.

Welding would be the way to do it. Mine leaked a little and still does, plus it's all tweaked and crooked from my header/y-pipe install. My brother's LM1 leaks a little too.

No it doesn't. It's that ORY where it connects to the LM

To not have leaks on my magnaflow system and pacesetter long tubes + y-pipe I bought a few stainless steel band clamps from Jegs http://www.jegs.com/p/JEGS/753274/10002/-1 and used gasket sealer at the seams, smear that stuff all over the seam then use the band clamps to tighten it down.. good to go for over a year no leaks at all plus you can dissassemble it easy since your not bending or welding the pipes.
