I tried searching and found nothing. I'm looking to upgrade my engine to handle 8psi on a budget........ 30 over, stock rods and crank, new bearings, rings and pistons, and the stuff in my sig.
The used kit has EVERYTHING that is needed to Safely run that much boost, but the owner suggested at the very least i should get new pistons. He broke his stockers with this set up.
What about these??? http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=UEM%2DKB118030%2D8&autoview=sku
Thanks:)

The dish isn't bad, BUT, you should really be looking at the -18.6cc premium forged KB pistons if you're trying to do this on a budget. Those ones you linked aren't much better than stockers except with regard to compression ratio. The KB premium forged are t2618 aluminum and Id bet they'd be up to the task for your contemplated setup. I've been throwin the idea of using those myself on a very similar build.

Ok, how about these:http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=MLE%2DSBC550030I20&autoview=sku
Those would work, however you can also search the for sale section for a week or so and probably score a huge deal on them. I have seen new pistons(forged) go for almost half the price new in the FS section.
Even if you do a search for month old posts dished pistons normally do not fly off the shelf here, as most people are not going the FI route.

Thanks I'll do that after I make the deal for the Supercharger.
