Giddy up! Very nice touch, thought the first letter was very classy of GM, now this! Did not receive the 2nd one yet, but can't wait, hopefully on Monday I will receive it.

Ok, just called the 800 number and found out that everyone that has ordered will be getting one of these "Welcome Kits" as she called it. For those that have not gotten the first letter yet and got the Workbench sheet, I suggest calling your dealer and make sure you are in the system. You may want to call the 800 number too and see if they can direct you somewhere for help.

I couldn't resist calling today too. I was told they are mailing the "Welcome Packets" in groups, and expect everyone to have theirs by Jan 5, 2009. If you haven't received yours by then, call 800-950-2438, and they will reissue a new packet.

I wish I could afford one right now. Unfornately, I bought a house recenlty. No way I can afford the car right now. Maybe in a year or two. Who knows.

The wait must be killing you guys! :D I can't wait to see one of these in person finally. I really miss my 2000 Z28, but I'm having fun on the darkside for now. :devil: I'm still trying to convince the wife that she needs a Camaro when her lease is up, lol.

I finally just got mine today! I only wish it said "Do not bend" on the outside, the mailperson folded it in half to fit it in my mailbox and it ripped a little bit. :(

Order date clearly doesn't matter for the 2nd letter arrival time, my order date on the picture is 10/13/08.

Finally received mine today! Very nice touch by GM. Picture was perfect, no bends or wrinkles, my mailman is great! Now I have to buy a frame and hang it in the garage.

I also recieved my 2nd letter today. I think this is a very nice touch, its the little things such as this letter which keeps customers.

It has 2 images for download, one is the picture that you received with the 2nd letter, the other is another concept sketch, a shot of the car from the rear.

I also ordered(Victory Red 2SS) on 10/13, actually went to dealer on 10/11 & was given my six digit order # then & was told it would be processed on 10/13. Have not yet received either of the letters from Chevrolet. Last name starts with a "T". Another individual who also ordered from same dealer a few days later received first letter in mid December but has not received the 2nd letter/welcome kit. His last name starts with "H". I called Chevrolet two weeks ago & after being passed around for about 2 hours & giving my address & order # to at least 4 people spoke to someone in marketing & was told I would receive the packet within 2-3 weeks. I will believe it only when I actually have my hands on it as only the last person I spoke with even seemed to know there was such a thing as a 2010 Camaro. My only comfort is that the dealer assures me the order is good & I have dealt with them exclusively for over 10 years.

Called the number in the thread and they say they know nothing of the send out package. Mine is 6 letters, whom do I call?

I have since spoke with my dealer & they have been contacted by GM regarding individuals like me who have placed an early order but not received either of the letters. My dealer said that GM is aware that many of us have for whatever reason not received the packets & they are working to get them to us within the next 60 days (this was a couple weeks ago). Sounds like I could possibly have my car before I get their letters/welcome packet.
