1994 Camaro will not start???

My step son has a 94 3.4L camaro it will not start for nothing... I changed plugs, and wired cranked over and sputtered for a few seconds and died. Has not even hinted at trying to start after that... Any suggestion will be helpful.

You can hear the pump turn on then cut off after 4 -5 seconds. Also smells like raw gas when cranking over...

Sounds fuel related to me, possibly a bad fuel regulator. Get a fuel pressure gauge, and see what you find.

test the fuel pressure at the fuel rail. the pump could run but not build pressure

check the fuel pump relay and ur ignition relay/ module....then do the fuel pressure check ...easiest thing to do is check ur relays...had the same problem but fixed with the new relay input
