headlight adjustment for lt1 t/a

I know HOW to adjust them but was wondering what the proper levels are for the lights. how high off the ground and how to know if the left/right adjustment is right

I hate pop up lights. spending so much time getting it all placed right so it doesnt rub on opening and closing and lining up gaps
