Rear Rotor getting scratched

When I'm driving I can here a clapping noise in the back and when I turn left I can hear a loud high pitched squeel. I checked my rotors and the right passenger side rotor has a scratch getting grinded in on the facing closer to the outter brim of the rotor. What do I need to fix and how do I take the rear calipers off? Because I have no idea how to. Another thing is my emergency brake doesn't hold the car at all.

Have you hit anything lately? Could be a bent axle.
How old are your brake pads? They could just be worn out.

my friend has a 95 z28, same exact thing was happening to him, when he opened up his rear cover, he saw one of his C-Clips was missing, it was at the bottom of the rear...

Well I just had the pads and rotors replaced. And now the new rotor is scratched and this high pitch squeal is embarrassing/annoying. And not I haven't hit anything lately. I was told the brake calipers need a shim to make it not hit, but I don't know how to take apart the rear brake rotors. Fronts are cake, but rear is like science to me. Can someone walk me through it.

The rears are essentially the same as the fronts-just a little different hardware. Take one off at a time, so you can use the other for reference.

Ive tried to take the back off, but cant find out how to get one of the bolts off. I can't get a wrench behind to get it off. I can get the upper one off easy though. Is it just those two bolts holding the caliper on like on the front?

And how do you tighten the rear parking brake. My parking brake doesn't stop my car from moving on a flat service when I barely push on it.
