I had a quick tire pressure question regarding + size wheels. We are going with 18's on the Camaro, and the tires that we purchased are rated for 51 psi. I typically run 33 front and rear with the stock tires, but will I need to run more pressure with the different size?

The "maximum pressure" shown on the sidewall of the tire is the pressure required for them to carry the MAXIMUM rated load capacity. Since your car probably will not load them anywhere near their maximum rated load, you should not inflate them to anything higher than the recommended tire pressure shown on the door jamb of your car. You can vary pressure sloghtly as a function of width... lower pressure on a really wide tire, higher pressure on a really narrow tire, but you haven't told us the tire size.

Sorry, it's a 245/40R18. They are the stock height and close to the same width, just a different rim diameter. I never go the max pressure on the tire, I usually go with the vehicles recommended pressure, but on these I wasn't sure.
