exterior rubber on t-tops

What do you guys use to keep the exterior rubber trim on the t-tops and on the rubber window sweeps looking new and black?

If you're a Zaino guy, use the Zaino Z-16 tire gloss. I found that it also worked great on the plastic area by the windshield wipers as well.

Adam's VRT, or Zaino Z-16. I think the GM recommendation is actually for use of dielectric grease?

I use mothers interior spray. Its good for plastic, rubber, etc.
