Hi
Tried serching but most threads are about the LT1.
Planning on adding nitrous to my engine but I have concerns about my bottom end. Itīs a 1988 Camaro with L98 2 bolt 350.
I have stock cast crank, stock rods and hyper FT pistons with moly rings.
Rebuilt with new bearings all over. CR around 9.8
Other mods are:
Comp XFI268 cam
Brodix IK180 heads
HSR intake and 58mm TB
Headers and free flowing dual 2.5" exhaust
Walbro 255 fuel pump, DUI ingnition parts
Estimated hp now is in the range of 375-400, running mid 12 in the 1/4.
Looking into a NOS 05151 wet system and would like to run a 100hp shot in the 4000-6000 rpm range with the proper safety equipment like fuel pressure switch, lower ignition, rpm window switch etc.
Will adding spray on top of my other mods kill my engine right away or can I expect it to be at least semi-reliable?
