Saw a Chevy Traverse and a few smaller crossovers in NJ today

On my way to work this morning, I saw a white or silver Chevy Traverse and a few smaller crossovers getting off at exit 58 on Route 287 South in Oakland, NJ. I recognized the Traverse immediately, and thought to myself "I thought those weren't out yet?"

Then, following the Traverse, were about 4 identical smaller crossovers, all in heavy camouflage. I couldn't make out much other than the general body shape and the headlights. They were definitely smaller than the Traverse, roughly the same size as an Equinox, maybe a little larger. The headlights reminded me of the current Equinox - kind of square-shaped, but they didn't seem as big as the Equinox's.

I didn't get any pictures, since I was unprepared and didn't have a camera with me (it didn't help that I was on the northbound side of the highway, either). However, because of it's general shape and size, I think they were 2010 Equinoxes. I just did a search on Car and Driver's website, and came up with this:

That's pretty close to what I saw.

As for the Traverse, I think it's the best-looking Lambda crossover. It looks really good in a real-world setting.
