I've seen these at a local shady used car dealer for quite a while, so I figured I'd investigate.

I called the dealership that sells them. Apparently they are 'Flybo' cars. They have a website (www.goflybo.com), but it looks specific to the shady dealer that sells them. They're electric.

A smart Fortwo look-a-like, right down to the impression of an "exoskeleton" with the silver paint. This may be acceptable on a golf course, but I wouldn't trust it on the road.
