I only drove my '94 Z28 only a handful of times over the past two years but have been driving it more lately. I had to jump the battery a few times in those two years since I literally went a year without driving it.

Anywho, now the clock on the radio stays on whether the car is running or not which in turn drains the battery in a few days. I then have to charge the battery for approximately 10 minutes to get the car fired up again. The battery is fine and to save the charge I now have to pull the 15 amp ACC. fuse. When pulling the ACC fuse, the battery lasted a month without being driven or charged so I know the battery is still good.

Anyone have any advice on what the problem could be? Is there a short in the wiring/circuitry? The radio? The fuse box? A relay?
My guess is that jumping the battery with a charger shorted something out. But I am not an electrical person and really am not sure where to start trouble shooting.

I think the problem always ends up in the radio. I've seen threads on this in the past.
