ELMATONSS 09-02-2008, 01:35 PM Hey, I saw this nice spy video of the Transformers 2 film. The Camaro and Corvette look great, it seems the corvette is taking the lead in this film. I have seen it leading the pack in other spy videos. That sucks for bumblebee. Take a look at what could be the production Volt!

Raven99 09-02-2008, 01:52 PM neat! thnx for the link :)
99SilverSS 09-02-2008, 03:12 PM Very interesting. The Volt does look very production ready. I can easily see GM using TF2 as part of the intro for the Volt and to keep up interest for it. Seems to heave worked for the Camaro.
Black5thgen 09-03-2008, 11:01 AM Getting involved with the TF movies is probably the smartest thing GM has done in the last 10 years marketing wise. I want that vette, it looks even hotter than a C6 Z06
MarcR94v6 09-03-2008, 11:15 AM Do I see Scions?. The Vette is too much.
Big Als Z 09-03-2008, 11:38 AM They arent Scion's. Thoes are the Chevy Tripplets, Beat, Groove and Trax.
Tantalizer43 09-03-2008, 11:51 AM Not a fan of that Corvette. At all....
1st and goal 09-03-2008, 12:55 PM Thanks ;)
Love the vette :D
polo3433 09-03-2008, 04:57 PM I love that purple on the Volt.
99SilverSS 09-03-2008, 05:22 PM Do I see Scions?..
That might be a compliment for those vehicles in that class! :o :D
MarcR94v6 09-07-2008, 01:10 PM It's an embarrassment to see those triplets in the movie.

They might just be the fluffers for vette and camaro... they probably transform into sexy fembots
MauriSSio 09-07-2008, 06:01 PM the vette looks cheezy. looks like crap
Chevycobb 09-07-2008, 06:58 PM the vette is only a concept and not meant for production...
HuJass 09-07-2008, 07:38 PM I don't think the Corvette is all that bad. Obviously it's a concept, so it's supposed to look over the top. But when the styling is toned down to meet production requirements (not to mention crash, sight, etc. regulations), it would probably look great.
I especially like the big fender arches. Reminds me of the C3s, and I've always really liked the '68-'72 Vettes.
blackoutj 09-07-2008, 11:27 PM I definately like that vette... Camaro looks hot too
dacook 09-08-2008, 01:50 PM We put Transformers on (again) last night. When Bumblebee turned into the 5th gen. my 16 year old daughter yelled "that car is hot!"
The new Camaro is going to be hugely popular.
98supersport 09-13-2008, 03:13 PM My guess is that Jazz comes back into the picture as the Corvette considering the Sky/Solstice are being discontinued (if I heard correctly). The silver color would be consistent with that as well.
2010SSVERT 09-18-2008, 01:22 PM The Vette, Camaro, and Volt all look sweet!

Its a perfect car for a 16 Y.O.:D

where did u hear the solstice was being discontinued? i highly doubt it since they just made a coupe solstice
mustangmuncher 09-19-2008, 08:40 AM There was a thread on it in the AN&FV area. They are shelving the Sky/Solstice, they will finish their production run now, but after it has run its course its done.
JakeRobb 09-19-2008, 08:44 AM The split window on the Corvette is nice as a heritage cue, but there's a reason they only did it for one year. It was a horrible idea.
