First time seeing decent underneath pics.

The 2nd pic looks awesome.. the 3rd, i love how theres some rubber on the bottom of the quarter panel :) They have been testing that car well!

I see a spoiler and halos on the SS, is that an SS RS

It appears to be an SS RS, but the spoiler comes on all SS's, it is only part of the RS package on V6 cars. So its the halo's on this car that make it an RS.

If I read it right , the wheels also have a more tinted silver paint on the wheels with the RS pkg. as opposed to bright silver . Which looks pretty evident in those photos on the hauler , it looks like the "shadow chrome" ( GM's term ) they used on the Cobalt SS wheels and the gunmetal G8 showcar .
