I have a 1993 Z28 all stock. The car will start and fire but the only way to keep it running is to pump the gas pedal rapidly. If you try to idle at any RPM dies like its starving or loading fuel. Check psi and it is within specs and checked vac lines all ok now. The car sat for about 8 months so I removed the tank and dumped all 14 gallons of gas which was painful with the price of that stuff now and changed the strainer. I also changed the TPS and IAC. ANY IDEAS WOULD BE HELPFUL. Thanks a lot

Might have some plugged or stuck injectors.

I have pulled, cleaned and checked all injectors. Any other ideas? Any and all comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Probably would have helped if you told us that in the original post.
What is the fuel pressure?

Throwing any codes?? How does it sound when it dies, like it's choking off or does it just die period?

It sounds like it is choking if you mash it and hold it down but if you just let off of it the engine dies rough like its starving. 43 psi at the fuel rail.

give more info on the sound and what happens when the motor dies. Does it sputter, choke, etc?
