My LT1 has 116K miles. Only leaks from obvious normal places, intake, and rear main. Not bad but a leak lol.

I pulled the valve cover just to check things out..on the passenger side and also give me more room to change the header gasket and it looks good.

The gasket is orange rubber....is this O.E or aftermarket?

Should I even replace it???

 

It's OEM. If it's still sealing, just put it back on. They last a long time.
