Do v6 and v8 1998+ f-body's have the same front brakes

I am thinking of switching to the LS1 brakes on my LT1 car. Going to hit a few junk yards and see if i can pick up the parts.

Can i use the parts off of a v6 or does it have to be from a ls1?
