Keyless entry/remote

Ok here is a brief update:I can open the driver,s door w/the remote and lock it also but when i try the pass.side i hear a sound but the door doesn,t unlock!The thing is ,if i use the switch on the driver,s door both doors will lock/ unlock.My problem seems to be w/the remote(like the pass.side isn,t programmed or something)I also just put new batteries in the remote.Any info.etc would be most appreciated.

Probably the keyless entry receiver. Mine works sporadically, too.

same here. could i pull one of those receivers out of any yr model 93-97 and would it work on a 94? remotes should be able to be reprogrammed easy i assume. might search the junkyard for a spare.

94-95s would be the only ones to have them.

mine is an aftermarket and i've given up on it; cos its taken a life of it's own. It locks but never unlocks. It will only unlock immediately after locking (within 3 to 4 seconds). Wierd. No explanation.
