your best bet is to contact those that have done it before. I am guessing that you have seen pics, so email them, most car mod'ersare willing to help out.

if you do a search on thirdgen.org youll find a few people who have done it. All I know is it can be done but you gotta make new mounting points.

There's a guy here at Camaroz28.com that has a 4th gen interior in his 3rd gen. Including the center console but I cant remember who it was. He has a billet grill with a ram-air hood. Look in my friends list on my 86 Z-28 page (it's one of em).
