I have had a problem with LOUD vibrating noise while taking off from a stop with my T56 tranny after an engine rebuild. The shop told be that it is also too rough while normal driving, not just while taking off. It doesn't seem any rougher under normal driving than when it worked okay before the swap. Does anyone have an LT1 M6 car near White Lake, MI 48386? I would really appreciate it if we could meet up for a few minutes so I can compare mine to a "proper, normal" M6.
Also, if anyone has any experience with having a bad throw-out bearing or pilot bearing or clutch problems, and are in the area, I would really appreciate you expert opinion as well! I am hoping it is just that and not a whole rebuild that is needed.
