Swapping out carriers?

Is it possible to just find a 3 series carrier and swap it out for my 2 series? Can't seem to find anyone with gears other than richmonds in stock for my 2 series... And strange said they won't be getting any until about August.

Yep, you can swap carriers no problem :cool:.

I wouldnt be so quick to dismiss Richmond gear sets. I've doen a couple jobs with them and they've turned out fine. Also, you might check with Randy's Ring & Pinion for a Yukon gearset - I recently did a thick gear 4.1 from them.
